Antialiasing - make ink lines less jagged
Make ink look more analog and less digital by applying antialiasing to the boundary of strokes. The current boundaries look like they're using biliniar filtering, which produces very jagged lines.
Using more advanced filters will produce more natural-looking lines. An option to choose different filters would be great and allow low-power devices to use bilinear filtering and mid- to high-power devices to use bicubic, sinc, Lanczos, etc.
Thanks for sending us the info and thoughts on this. Any kind of filtering etc is a trade off with performance that has to be taken into account. However, the line quality in your image is not where it should be which brings me to some questions.
1) What device are you using? Is it with stylus or finger draw?
2) What is your screen resolution?
3) Are you zoomed in on the page?
