I used to love Plumbago but it no longer runs. I tried doing a 'reset' and then a complete uninstall and reinstall but still nothing. I don't see an error in the event viewer. It just won't open. I've tried running Windows App Diagnostics and Windows Store troubleshooter. This is the only app that I know of having a problem.

    I use Window 10, x64, Surface Pro 4

    I install Plumbago

I create new Note and exit ot Plumbago main home.

    And, I CAN'T re-open the just maded note !

The note title page said "The contents of this file appeard to be corrupted and couldn't be opened"

Please see the capture ! http://goo.gl/2n4wRP

I believe Plumbago Team can fix this problem !!

    1. When I'm offline, it runs but can't open either the demo notebook or create a new notebook. No error message, the app just shut down
    2. When I'm online, the demo notebook works but when I add a new notebook the app shuts down without any error message.
    3. I'm running Windows 10 Pro

I was unable to reproduce this crash.

My understanding is that you were able to open Plumbago, but trying to open a notebook (either a new one or existing) caused it to crash.

Did it leave an error message or just close the app?
You said it was when you were "off line" ... does it work when you are connected?
What operating system is it? Windows 8 or Windows 10?
Did it ever work or has it always failed?

    Thanks
    Plumbago Team
