How can we improve SandDance?

I'm having a problem opening a csv file...

I loaded a file, but it's giving me an error right now. Can you help?

        I'm having the same problem with CSV, JSON, and Tab delimited too. I've tried different file types, sizes, use cases, even a simple one-line hello world JSON. I can't get anything to open, so I will email my largest use case (CSV) as suggested in the previous reply.

        Problems with CSV files can be for several reasons, the most common of which is when the file is larger than we can currently handle (~100K rows with 20 columns - though that can vary depending on the content). Since no files are ever uploaded, it's hard to diagnose all problems without seeing the file. If you can, email the file to sanddance@microsoft.com and we'll get back to you about the problems. Sometimes, tab separated files parse slightly better than comma separated files, so if you can save your file as a column separated file, try that.
