How can we improve Word Flow Keyboard for iPhone?

Don't abandon yet!

Please don't abandon this yet! It's not opening on my phone anymore and "swift keys" or whatever you're encouraging to download now doesn't have custom keyboards! My brother recently passed away and I had him as my keyboard background and now I can't see him anymore because the app is failing... Please don't abandon it!!! Please!
