I just downloaded the app. Opens and shows initial screen then goes black with the little moving circle indicating that’s its loading. It’s stuck here and will not load further. I tried resetting the console and still doesn’t work.

I don't understand why this is not the default mode for the MSN News app when the device is in "big screen mode" (default for Xbox and Hub, only when connected to a big screen on others).
