Make it clear whether you support Excel 2013 for Desktop
The add-in provides feature I am waiting for, as a user of Excel in french and in english on different computer. However I am really confused whether the add-in currently supports Excel 2013 or not.
This article (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/excel-functions-translator-f262d0c0-991c-485b-89b6-32cc8d326889?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US) only listed "Excel for Office 365, Excel 2019, Excel 2016". When I follow the steps to install add-in on Excel 2013, I got an error "Cette application n'a pas pu être démarrée" (EN : This application cannot be started).
Back in March 23, 2018 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/garage/blog/2018/03/new-garage-project-enables-excel-users-to-work-seamlessly-with-functions-and-formulas-across-all-translated-versions-of-excel/), Excel 2013 is listed amongst supported version of Excel.
Is there a change in initial goals? If so, I would love to know for sure and stop trying to make it work on Excel 2013.

May I know the build version of your Excel 2013? You can check it in 'File -> Account' or 'About Excel' dialog.
Excel 2013 should be supported, although, with reduced functionality because of API limitations that exist in older version of Office.
Thanks for reporting and best regards,
