Please make this available as a typical Win32 App
Some environments will not allow downloading a Windows store app. Please provide a local install option like VSCode or Power Bi Desktop.
Can't install anything from Microsoft Store due to group policy restrictions. Would love to give it a whirl, but installing the components manually via powershell and downloading the appx files from the store results in an application that tries to open, and then disappears with no verbosity. Excellent.

Our organization is allowing only apps added to the Store for Business, however this only is allowed on the public store, so even though we are allowing store apps, we still can't use this. We would be happy enough to have it in our private store, but Win32 app would accomplish the same goal for us.
Thanks Patrick, I think the new MSIX packager can help with this as well. Part of this is also a hosting requirement, so I'm not sure how that works as a Garage project. It gets a bit easier when open sourced, as then a GitHub release could have an installer. I'll keep folks posted here as things progress forward!
Michael, maybe you can work with the VSCode or Power Bi Desktop team. Those apps are delivered via the Windows Store and a legacy MSI. This would be extremely helpful.

Awesome tool, but can't use at work because our wonderful company blocks ALL Microsoft Store installs. :-( Offsite install would be great!
Alternatively, add it to my (or the the Navy's various) MSVS licenses. I can install those to my workstation, but NMCI blocks installation from Windows Store. And if you don't know what NMCI is, count yourself lucky.
Thanks Patrick, I'll have to investigate this in the future when there's enough folks requesting it. I know it gets easier if we Open Source as folks can then run locally. But I know some environments are still locked down for traditional development too.
